If you're looking for great challenge, take him. He's a genius in some ways; you'll enjoy his calculating abilities that exceed your calculator, and if you stop by and talk to him in his office hours you'll find great intelligence in him. However, he's not someone who'll relax and let you turn in your homework late or get away with the smallest mitake. He'll challenge you to the bones, and give the hardest exam questions you've ever seen. It's normal to have 50-65 average scores on the exams. And he may seem to be very rough and not pay enough attention, but deep down he does care a lot. Oh, and don't forget to go to his office hours. They'll help your homework grades and exams alot. That's why I recommend him in a light loaded semester.
