Robert Mcchesney
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Department:
Communications
Professors: Respond to evaluations by creating an account
For being on the forefront of media system policy and preaching about new digital media changing our lifestyles could the man take 10 minutes to learn how to use powerpoint or possibly show a video to support his lectues? His lecture notes consist of printed notes projected onto a big screen with a camera. (his ta's set up all the equipment too) Lectures are 3 hours long, most of which you won't remember as sleep tends to set in about hour 2. Good luck, bring coffee and realize its an interesting class but not at all, in any way, easy! Oh and McChesney is kinda pompous and pretentious but you'd expect it from a guy who's good friends with Noam Chomsky.
