Only bad professor ive had. As above stated, lets emotions get in the way of teaching. Unorganized and often late to classes. She knows a lot about accounting, but is not people friendly at all. She should not be teaching, but doing research or be an accountant.

Amy is not a great teacher. Our last exam, the average score was a 50%. Although I studied my tail off for this exam, I did horrible. I knew the material, did the suggested problems, and did the practice exam. Granted, it is not her fault for the tough exam, she needs to prepare us much more than she has.
