Jack is definately an interesting professor. I'm not sure where he gets his teaching material for MIS 250 from, but half of it is completely incorrect. I'm a sysadmin for an ISP, so I know my stuff. Jack's class teaching the exact opposite. Class is really boring, and all he does is tell stupid stories about his old jobs, like when he worked at Albertson's, but quit to become a professor. (Yeah right). Don't take him, he's a really boring professor.

Jack, Jack, Jack... this man is so ridiculous it makes going to class worth it. When a prof can relate a random, 15 minute story about fly fishing in Yellowstone to internet search engines, you know you have winner. In my opinion, he was fired from every company he worked for because of, in my opinion, his addiction to pornography. Just kidding. He was great.

He talks a lot about the many jobs he's had. Lectures are pointless to attend, he just tells stories the whole time. If you read the book and printed notes, you should do fine on the exams. Just watch out for that first exam, it's tough!
