I am now a senior at WSU, and she was my prof. last year. I got a good grade out of her class, but there is nearly no structure to her classroom. The whole class was listening to presentations prepared by the students (if you take a class from her be prepared to talk in front of people). She came to class unorganized, sometimes with no idea of what she wanted to talk about...and asked "What do you guys want to discuss?"-(no kiddin' people) She seems like a nice enough person outside the classroom, but she doesn't seem to enjoy teaching, so why teach? The only upside is she sometimes bakes food and brings it to class for her students. Folks let me save you some time, I took a Food History course from her; the only word you bother need knowing, "potato"

This was the hardest class I have ever taken. The lectures were difficult to follow and had nothing to do with the essay questions. When you ask her a question she belittles you and makes you feel inferior in every way. I would not recommend every taking a class from this prof. Anybody would be better.

She is by far the hardest more confusing teacher I have ever experienced and would definetly not recomend her!

The writing assignments are poorly designed and her interests in history are, well, really weird and obscure. Also, there were map quizzes! what the fuck-it was like being in gen ed again-another useless class.

If you talk to her she will remember you but if you are stand-offish I would not recommend this teacher/course.
