Try not to take this Physics 101 from her! She knows the material, but is not effective in teaching it to the students. For some reason she thinks it is necessary to cover the entire book so it is very fast paced. The tests are impossible to do well on because the information she covers in lecture is not on it, but there was always huge curves since everyone flunked the tests.

I have done very well in all my lab-science courses here at WSU, but hands down this course was the WORST I have taken at WSU! Dexheimer has no concept of actual teaching-she throws out information so quickly that you have no time to conceptualize it. Avoid at all costs!

Her class is boring, confusing, and just plain crappy all-around. I don't know how she'd be able to spice things up, but she better find a way soon before her students riot. Poor girl.
