I have to say, this is a hard one. There is no doubt that the man knows what hes talking about. But at the same time you get the feeling that its just a sales pitch for one of his books. His books by the way are recommened reading. However, i was not suprised to learn that he writes exactly how he speaks. There is no order in his maddness. I think you'll find that hes either some one you love, or absolutely hate.

Lecture style is unconventional, but once you get used to it it's fine. Tests aren't too bad as long as you put some effort in. He's brilliant with a wealth of knowledge. Take him if you get the chance.

Very smart man, but sometimes gets ahead of himself. Usually get 1 paper to do and exams are Id's and 3 essays to choose from, and you pick 1 to do. Id's are actually harder to do than essay. Essays usually have nothing to do with class topic sometimes...make you think and challenges your mind. good prof overall:)

this class was horrible when I took it. no structure, just notes to go off of... that is, if you could write it down fast enough.
