She is new to teaching, I think, and will probably get better, but... Well, the assignments are not difficult at all, and her notes aren't bad, but the tests are moderately difficult. She gives more points for assignments than tests, but weighs them differently. 60% tests, 40% homework. She definately does not take criticism (constructive or otherwise) well. She knows her subject matter well and has actual "real world" experience - something you don't always see in college.
