He uses class time to joke around about things not related to the class such as his motorcycle, exploring the Napolean Dynamite website, etc. and makes the class out like it's going to be a breeeze, but it's hard as hell. He is one of the most unorganized people ever and will e-mail you the night before and say oh by the way read these 80 pages so we can have a quiz tomorrow. His quizzes by the way are the hardest things ever, you never know what little detail he'll ask you about which makes it pretty much impossible. DO NOT TAKE ARLYN!

He grades unfairly on speeches. Wastes a lot of time in class, makes you do a group speech in the matter of 4 days at the end of the semester. Boring lectures.
