Betty Harms
University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire
Department:
Mathematics
Professors: Respond to evaluations by creating an account
Professor Harms truly cares about her students. Although she teaches a lower level class, she does not look down upon students because she knows math can be difficult. Personally, she has helped me outside of the classroom whenever it was needed and motivated me to work hard and do well on tests and assignments. A great teacher to have and one I would strongly recommend.
Although Betty teaches remedial math, she understands that some of her students are advanced in other areas, and that they just have a tough time in math. Therefore she does not talk down to her students, but treats each one with respect. She is always willing to help you out whether it is convenient for her or not. Her help with math has helped me in many other classes, she truly wants you to learn and cares about her students. I highly recommend her.
