Preston is a good professor overall, but one of my main complaints is her tendency to be very difficult with her grading. I think she believes that grades today are inflated (which they are); so as a result she still clings to the thought that an average student should get a C. That may be true traditionally, but a C does not mean average anymore. It took so much work to earn even a B in her class. You'll learn a lot, but be prepared for a lot of extra work without a lot of reward in the end.

I am Female and I think she is a feminist, is close minded, and is politically driven. She has her way or the highway. Pretty Lame.

Preston is a good teacher but tends to bring politics into the class a little bit too much.

I really enjoyed Preston's class, I found her teaching style a lot of fun and enjoyable. BUT if you are easily offended by religious comments, don't take her!
