Most definitly one of the best professors on this campus. Very entertaining, extremely willing to help any time. However, it's phyics and it's difficult so of course the tests and assignments are difficult too. If you have to take physics- be sure to take him, if science isn't your thing and you need four credits, this class is going to be too much work/time/effort. However, he's an awesome professor and he takes your work/time/effort into consideration - which is really cool.

Before Hendrickson's class: hated physics and all things related to it. After Hendrickson's class: actually find physics interesting and almost enjoyable. He's an awesome teacher! He's a great story teller-- tells a lot of good stories that are not only entertaining (and keep you awake) but also help you understand the concepts. He knows what hes talking about and is always willing to help students- he even stayed until 11:30 pm helping us with homework one night. Homework is time-consuming, but if you do the homework you'll do well on the tests. He's always looking out for the students and is just a great professor all around. Take him if you're going to take physics!

Hendrickson is one of the best profs at Eau Claire. I would recommend taking him for physics. You do have to do the homework and understand the concepts...if your afraid of hard work...he's not for you!

Erik Hendrickson is easily my favorite professor at Eau Claire so far. I have never encountered another professor so willing to help his students at anytime. I was terrified to take honors physics, but after a few weeks I settled in and began to enjoy it, largely because of him.
