Yes, I took Selin and thought of changing my major. Then, Ulstad came along. I've never learned so much about accounting and grew to appreciate the subject even more. My test grades ranged from F to B and pretty good on quizzes and homework. Overall, this isn't the best given the fact I worked my butt off. However, throughout the semester, she continually encouraged and guided me down the path of achieving my C, which isn't the greatest. But given the content of the subject, I'll take that C and move on with a new found appreciation for the subject and GREAT professors.

This class is insane. The tests are way too hard and she definitely has a problem relating to students. The only good thing that I thought was going to come out of any of her classes was the curve, but it sure didn´t help me or any of my other classmates who were in the same position as I was. I do not recommend this professor to anyone because by taking it you are CRAZY.

Ulstad is a very had teacher her exams are overly complicated. You basically never know what grade your getting in the class because of the huge curve!

Her class is extremely hard to follow. Her tests are basically impossible, the first class average was a 52%. She does not enjoy teaching, so she doesn't. You must cover the material before class and then teach each other in your small groups for minimal points. The class is overly difficult, confusing, and NOT recommended!

Alright- All of the people that rated her good either had her for 201 or you're crazy! This lady sucks, she's crabby all the time. Her tests suck, and so does the course in general. If you do bad on the first exam she tells you to drop. Thanks for the vote of confidence.
