Dr. Jim is a great teacher. He is challenging, but gets along great with his students. He is a funny guy who challenges you to use your brain....take his Winterim chem 190 class if you need 3 fun credits of science

Dr. Jim is one of the best teachers i had at UWEC, he relates well with his students and is understanding. He's also got a pretty good sense of humor. i enjoyed chemistry even though it is one of my worse subjects to study.

Dr Phillips is a good teacher, but very challenging. He is pretty patient and understanding, but often unorganized & frequently makes errors during lecture (which can get confusing). He's a GREAT lab teacher, and no tests/quizzes in his labs, just "pink" sheets to turn in. His tests are super hard...he seems to be in cometition with Dr McEllistrem to see who can have the harder tests! Don't take this him if you aren't prepared to work!!

Good guy, funny, his class is fun but pretty tough. Don't miss class or you'll get behind!!!!!!!!!!
