Valero seriously rocks. He's cool and also good at teaching. He gets everyone involved and really just tries to fit in. I had a blast in this class, and learned a lot. He would only go as fast as the slowest person in the room, so everyone would always know what's going on. If you need a spanish class, Valero is your guy.

This Spanish prof, straight from Madrid, has high expectations that you do not realize until the first test. Expectations are very unclear and quite lofty.

He's a great teacher. You really have to do the homework though, or it will bite you in the ass just like it did me. If you've never learned the subjunctive tense before, STUDY it!!! Anyway, he does like to push his political views, but what can you do? He's awesome anyway.

Valero is funny and entertaining, although he does like to push his political agenda a bit. He really knows his stuff but doesn't always seem to realize that his students may not be catching on as quickly as he thinks.
