He was always willing to help and was a funny guy. He is a very kindhearted man and really knows a lot about physics and has a great love for teaching to others. his tests can be hard but i got all C's on my exams and got a real good grade in his class... because the labs are automatic A's as long as you go and try them, they are pretty easy. Take him and you will actually learn some things.

He turned into an ass when grading lab reports. teaching methods are cheesy!

Dr. Pierson is a great guy and his teaching style is a little cheesy at time, but in a good way. he cares about his students, and is willing to slow down the pace of the class if someone isn't getting a concept. the only problem is that he is a little anal about using his procedures to solving a physics problem, and if you forget a step you get downgraded. on the plus side he does give you lots of points even if you don't get the right answer and draw diagrams to show that you know a little about the problem
