If you're interested in women's studies, she's a great professor to take. She knows a ton about Women's studies and is very passionate about the topic. Class was easy, we only had 2 tests, and they were mostly common sense. Only bad thing is that she lectures in the same style almost every day and class tends to get pretty boring.

I took Laurel for Wmn Against Violence, and I loved this class! I learned SOOOO much from her. She lectures almost every week, but it's not boring lecture. It's almost more of a discussion class. We talked amongst ourselves all the time. To get an A in this class is easy. You have to do a huge group report, and just turn in responses to articles each week. That's all. No final. That's all. I think the fact that Im a guy helped me in this class, but she's not as liberal as people say she is. She really cares about this issue, and it can be seen in her classroom.
