His class is just a blast, and youl probably learn more than most other courses as well. He is a complete riot to listen to and will make you fall of your seat laughing, also a generally nice guy to talk to. No homework in the class, just exams which you have to take TONS of notes for, but its worth it.

Professor Barth is funny and is very knowledgeable about his subject matter but he can sometimes take his "funny" comments too far and make some students feel very uncomfortable.

Bob Barth is by far the best professor I have ever had. He's hilarious, yet has the best teaching method I've ever seen. Provides "the perfect balance between nurturing and hostility" (Actual quote). Make it a point to take one of his classes.

Barth is awesome. He is EXTREMELY knowlegable in his areas. He never looks at notes, yet he is very organized and entertaining with his stories. He has a somewhat cynical wit that makes him pretty fun to listen to. He is not easy though, you have to study quite a bit for his exams. No sluff course here. But I love him.
