His tests are difficult, and do not seem to be consistent with what's in the book and in his lectures. He would spend a whole week on 3 power point slides - ugh! A lot of people stopped showing up to his classes because of it. However, he has great ways of explaining things in class - but however his lectures do not prepare you for his tests. When you're learning this stuff - it seems unfair to change things around during test time and not be consistent with what's being taught in class and the book. This subject is hard enough as is without him changing things up. However, he's quite approachable and is willing to work with you when you have questions.

Great guy, great teacher. He is very down to earth and straightforward when it comes to assignments/exams. He always establishes due dates, but is very lax about them if he knows you are working on them. Take advantage of his office hours because he is good at helping without just doing your program for you.

Ahmad is one of the best professors I've had. He's very friendly and willing to help and he knows his material.
