Chaina Bapikee

Physical Geography is not the most interesting subject to take as a Gen.Ed. course. However, Professor Bapikee is very knowledgeable about the subject and has some interesting stories to share with class. She also shows some interesting videos and tries to intiate discussion with her students. The grade is based on four exams, of which the lowest of the first three scores gets dropped (the final is mandatory). Exams can be challenging, so be sure to spend a good amount of time studying. You should be fine if you memorize and understand EVERYTHING from the notes and have at least read the textbook once. She's a really sweet lady if you talk to her outside of class. People who talk/whisper/text during lecture really annoy her, though, so make sure you pay attention.
