Very helpful and enthusiastic about teaching. He teaches in a way that no matter what your previous knowledge of the course material is, you will understand. His analogies are funny and sometimes strange, but do help. I would recommend him to anyone who has to take math, especially if you don't like math. It's also amusing how he writes everything that he says on the board.

Dr. Coffman is an interesting teacher. He's a little quirky but explains things very well. He really wants everyone to pass and as long as you work hard and turn in your home work and don't completely fail the tests, he will pass you. The only issue I had was that his tests were much more difficult than the home work and the examples he gave on the board during the lecture. He's an over-all good guy and worth taking.

MR. Coffman is a great guy and makes Math fairly easy to understand. He tries really hard to make sure everyone gets it and is always willing to help out. Before class he will always way "How can I help you today?" and he'll go over problematic homework you may have had. If you do the homework you'll do fine on the tests. He writes every- and I mean everything- out on the board so for the visual learners it's great!! Take this guy- he's not bad for A MATH teacher! :)
