I'm surprised no one has commented on this teacher yet. For a bio major, there is really no way to get around him, so listen closely... His first test is inordinately difficult. Do not succumb to the false sense of easiness his lectures provide. His tests cover material that he does not lecture about in class... This is fine, a lot of teacher's do this. But what angers me is many of the questions on the test we did not cover the material at all AND WE WERE NEVER TOLD TO COVER IT. It's difficult to explain... but the class test average was 64. Obviously, the class on average is a D student which doesn't reflect reality but maybe I'm wrong...
