Amy Griffith
University of Wisconsin - Whitewater
Department:
Education
Professors: Respond to evaluations by creating an account
Amy doesn't explain assignments clearly and is always making corrections to the assignments at the last minute. Also she will provide several handouts about the assignments but they will all have different instructions on them. When asked to explain the assignment, Amy is unable to directly answer the questions and in fact creates even more confusion about the assignment.
doesn't really teach much. She just tells you about her personal experiences and that is about it. Usually feels like her class is never ending.
Positive:
Is interesting/entertaining/funny
Brings discussion into the classroom
Has enthusiasm in the classroom
Negative:
Is a bad professor
Would not recommend this professor
Professor is boring or bland
Overly difficult tests or assignments
Notes/lecture is confusing
Worst professors I've ever had!
There's not a lot of homework and what you do get is interesting and not too challenging. The tests however are difficult. For an exam that is totally open, you would think acing it is in the bag. However, getting higher than a B is a challenge and that is really my only complaint. Lectures are easy to follow, guest speakers help, Dr. Griffith is pretty cool. Sometimes lectures could drag on but come on what lectures don't.
