Johnson is a funny guy! I've had two courses with him and all have been entertaining and cool. He knows his stuff and will teach you a lot if you're willing to listen. He does say some pretty controversial things, though I've never found any of it offensive to me. Honestly, anyone who is offended should get a life. Overall, good profesor and take him if you can and/or if he doesn't retire, especially if you're a female.

"Shitty, foreign professors" huh? Someone grew up in small town USA. Anywayz... BJ is an awesome profe. He makes class fun and exciting that can be a task at 8:00 am on a friday morning!

I had Bill for copywriting... by far one of the best teachers in UW-W cesspool of shitty, foriegn professors. It is so exciting to walk into class and have a NORMAL teacher that speaks english. Bill honestly knows his shit and loves teaching... and still keeps class interesting. Bill relates to students and our desire to have a social life. Would crack jokes about the few hungover students that would somehow make it to class on Friday's. Assignments are fun. Very resonable when it comes to grading assignments, and allows you to rewrite assignments for a better grade. Our final exam was hard, but was willing to answer any question we had during the test. This is one of those classes that you get excited about going to even when hungover. We had to write the news for Whitewater's radio... I never did it, along with half the assignments and still pulled an A. I justify this because I feel like I learned more in his class than all of my other classes combined. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I think Johnson by far is one of the coolest professors around and he really will do any thing to help his students. great guy
