Teacher can't speek english, and is never organized. He is really smart, but can't teach for s**t.

Imagine an old, smelly, blind, retarded midget, who can't speak English, teaching you programing; you wonder why I stopped attending after 3 classes?

He is not a good teacher for the course. He is a program guy teaching a software based course. He gets very confused and frustrated with the material and puts stuff and the test that he knows like, varience, standard deviation, and what not. He tries very hard to teach the course but at the same time gets aggrivated. If confronted with a problem it takes him along time to deal with it taking up a lot of class time. Don't get me wrong he is a good math professor. But do not stick a teacher in the wrong cirriculum. That is like sticking a spanish teacher to teach a french class. Sure both are foriegn language but the teacher will die in there.

How the hell is this man a genious?!?! I had him for statistics. First of all, i never knew when he was talking to me because I was always looking at the wrong eye, which happened to be the one that doesnt look at you. Second, he wonderes why I wasnt taking notes when he was teaching us about VENN-FLIPPIN-DIAGRAMS. I informed him it was because i learned this in 3rd grade. Third, one day he was trying to talk about snoop dog and it took us 5 good minutes of him saying "snoopy doggy deeby, oh you know, doggy dooby, snoopy deeby dooby..." Fourth, somehow he has a wife in India AND a mistress here...who I believe is his wife's sister. FRIGGIN WEIRD.

Rao cannot teach Visual Basic worth crap. He gives you part of the code and expects you to figure out the rest on your own. Then when you go to his office for help, he messes up your program until somehow it magically works, but still leaving you without any knowledge of what everything in the program does. Also, me and my friend worked on one of the programs together so it was exactly the same, we turned it in and he gave me a 20/20 and my friend an 18/20.
