Craig Heatwole

Heatwole is the type of professor that will just talk on a subject until someone in the class asks a question or has something to add and then he gets interesting...he knows basically everything about government and if you raise your hand and say something it will make class more interesting. His tests are exactly the study questions he gives out so do them!

Heatwole is soooo BORING but the class was pretty easy I sat and texted the whole lecture. I would suggest you do the readings I did parts of them and didnt do well on the exams I did everything else and got fair grades. Just show some effort and you do fine

Just participate, turn the minor assignments in and show up and you should do fine

Mr. H is interesting. Just kidding. He's boring. Like, I love politics and he almost makes me fall asleep. He's very conservative minded. I was an outspoken liberal in his class and I felt a certain amount of bias when I when I challenged some of his assumptions or assertions. If you're conservative you'll love the guy. I think he was biased against my liberal views and a friendship did not materialize. Sometimes the way he taught the course it almost seemed like he was kinda brainwashing less educated students on the subject matter toward conservative ideology. He's worth it as a teacher as a last resort. He's always wearing his grandpa vest type sweaters. He looks a little bit like Grover Cleveland or Teddy Roosevelt with his mustache, but hey-as far as I know he didn't get stuck in a bathtub. I don't think he really liked me and my liberalness, but then again, He gave me an A' in the class. Perhaps its because if he didn't I'd call him out on it.

This is really hard. He is really nice but is the MOST BORING professor EVER! You need to go to class because he does random assignments but i could teach myself better then he can. He just reads RIGHT out of the book! I always can stay awake in class but not in his. The tests are kinda hard. and if a lot of people do bad he doesnt care. and you have NO idea what your getting in the class till the end. This class just kinda sucks!
