At the very least, he's not boring. He's telling the truth when he says the questions he gives in class will be on the quizzes and tests. The extremely random pop quizzes might catch you by surprise and his thick accent that takes a little getting used to, but otherwise he's not too bad. Oh, and sometimes he gives money and/or extra credit for answering questions in class.

I had him for a 7:45 class and he never shows up on time and then when he does after ariving 10 minutes late, he takes another 10 minutes to get ready. His final is worth 46% of your final grade, which was never explained. He said it was going to be just a regular test worth about a quarter of your final grade. I was shocked when I did not do as well as I expected. He also does not know how to teach. Kids correct him at least twice daily showing him his mistakes on the board. He makes you learn everything on your own, he does not teach it at all. In a class of 23 there was only 1 grade of an A. This explaines everything. His expectations are unclear and neads to ease up a little. Another thing is you can hardly understand him. He does not speak clearly. I would not recommend taking him. Good luck to all who are.

hahaha...if you take him for a 745class, he never shows up till at least 750, and takes another 10mins to get ready. you learn one thing in a class period, and sit for the rest of the time listening to his crazy stories for the rest of the class. he makes some pretty dumb jokes that you have to laugh at. don't forget about the peanut lady in janesville mall...and if you draw flowers on your test, he'll be happy. he tells you exactly what is going to be on the test, and he gives like 3homework assignments over the course of the semester. and even then, if you dont turn it in the day its due, you can say you are making it look better, and he'll let you turn it in later. he gives crazy extra credit points for neatness. i got a 16/10 on a quiz for just writing so he could read it. Don't take Rao if you are looking for a challenge in math...

Wow! Funny guy when it comes to hearing life stories and such, but other than that. This guy sucks. I didn't learn one thing in this class because we did the same thing over and over agian. Multiple times. I wouldn't recomend this teacher unless, you brown nose, and get him to bring you coffee like another student in my class.

He will come to class and all we will talk about is gardening and the stupid peanut lady, i didnt learn anything... this was basically just a review of high school algebra. so if you dont want to do anything take him. i think ive had like 4 HW assignments (they have to be typed).. and he has 3 tests and thats it, He is extrememly easy and it trys to make jokes but half the time the class will just stare at him like he is crazy.
