Mr.Halbach was a very agreeable and easy teacher. He was understanding and helpful, but the class itself was short of retarded because of its subject matter. New Student Seminar was a boring credit but a credit none the less. Nothing bad to say about Mr. Halbach as a teacher. He is very helpful all around campus and seems to love his job.
