One of the worst teachers I have ever had. Has his favorites and if you are not one of them you will get a bad grade Takes 3 weeks to get back an exam VERY boring class, he literally reads from the text in front of the whole class, (I could do that on my own)

Professor Simmons is a pretty nice guy. It is an easy class but I definitely learned a lot. The classes aren't super interesting all the time though. He gives you a complete study guide of everything that will be on the exam. He seems to have some bias against Christianity and Judaism, but a ton of respect for Muslims. He is overall a good teacher though!

Took him for WOI the class would have been awful if it wasnt for him. he basically turned nothing into something and i look forward to taking him again for western religions

Worst professor I have ever had! He plays favorites so if you are not one of the favorites you end up getting a bad grade. His writting assignments are hard and not easily understood. Also he takes off points for every little mistake you make. His office hours suck and it's almost impossible to ask him for help. This class is way to hard to be a GENED. Stay away from this professor if you want a good grade!
