This is so sad, but besides summer class, he is going to be retiring.... I had about 5 classes with him as an insurance major and I loved every one of them. If he comes out of retirement in his overalls, take this professor!! I loved how he just told us all to call him "Crabb", I'm gonna miss you Crabb!

I had this as a night class. Straight up I will admit I suck at accounting, the weakpoint in my otherwise good grades. So in summary, if you are good with accounting, this class should not be too much of a problem for you and you should ignore the 'Ease' grade I've given. If you are like me, you still have some work to do, but you at least won't feel like it's completely hopeless. There are 6 tests, and the worst one gets dropped. The book work wasn't really a problem for me. What my hang up was is I did not understand the in class info. 9 times out of 10, that was key to the tests. Prof. Crabb is one the two accounting professors (who I've had) who is actually worth the time of day. He definately relates to students. If you have to take this class, I'd direct you to his anyday.

He really knows the material. He is very funny and relates what he is teaching to real life stories from his family. He brings in visual aids that no one would expect. A lot of the test questions were lists so if you can memorize lists well you can get a B or better. He gets you really thinking about how to use what he teaches to make your own life better.
