He is great to take if you do not like homework, but I found this course boring and unclear. We had a lot of reading assignments and when the test came none of us had any idea of what to study. The test consisted of 6 shorter essays and 2 long ones. He is not hard if you do the readings, but I would not personally recommend him.

Loved his World of Ideas class. It was always interesting and his selections for reading material were top notch. If you are a bad writer or a slow reader and are concerned about your GPA, pick a different professor because he will have you reading more books and writing more papers than you did in your English 1 and 2 classes.

He's pretty cool. The only thing I don't like is that his lecture are sometimes sketch because his subject matter seems off topic, which makes me wonder wth will be on the exam. Except I did well on the only exam he gave. Just read the stuff and you're golden. Oh and don't talk while he is or he'll fip shit.

This guy is extremely knowledgable. I would recommend him for anyone and everyone!

Scary to say it, but this guy made me actually want to go to class! He made the most boring topics very interesting. If you go to class and listen, you will get an A guaranteed!
