Georgiana Luecker

This professor is awful! You can't be late for her class or she will mark you tardy, and if you have two tardies, it counts as an absence! All she talks about is her life and how wonderful she is and that she is such a great leader, but then her tests are all on the book...and they are 90 questions!! She also gets really crabby towards students and flips out. One kid got yeld at for getting up during class to get a Kleenex!!! Don't put yourself through the pain of taking her class

Okay seriously, do not take her if you can avoid it. She is completely rude. I am a 4.0 student and I got a B+ on one of her exams; I went to talk to her to ask her the specifics on what to study for the final so I could get an A. She asked what I had gotten on previous tests and when I said I had gotten a B+ on one of them she looked at me with complete disgust. It was almost as if my B+ was the most HORRIBLE thing she's ever heard of. Also, she is consistently rude to students. Once, there were wasps flying around the room and she freaked out because they were distracting people! She yelled at everyone....what if someone was allergic to bees??? Alright then. She also yells at you if you bring food into the class. She goes through notes SOOOOO fast and one girl asked her to go back to a slide once and she told her no! Everyone in the class just looked at luecker like "what the hell...." Talk about rude. Her tests are way long and don't measure what she tells you to study. I read every single chapter for this course and took notes every class and was still confused when I took her final! She WANTS students to do poorly. She is not willing to help students do well at all.

Don't be late. EVER! I'm serious here, you'll regret it. You need to be there everyday as well, unless you die (well maybe then even). Tests are really tough, but doable. You can pull out a good grade if you work at it. I did learn a lot at least. Not the worst professor, but not the best either.

Bleh. The class was very easy. Just show up and you'll do fine. A couple of her stories were interesting, but otherwise she's pretty boring. Her tests are multiple choice and true/false, but they're usually close to 100 questions. Make sure you read the cases at the beginning and end of each chapter as she usually takes a couple questions from those. She said she was going to collect our "homework" from that book she makes you buy, but she never did. YMMV. Overall, wouldn't recommend her, but if you get stuck with her it's not the end of the world and you should easily get a B.

Luecker is by far one of the worst professors I've ever had. First off, she is the most boring person in the history of boring people. I almost developed A.D.D. in this class. Luckily, text messaging and nap time were invented, probably by people who took one of her classes. She also has these ridiculous overhead projections that she copied out of some book about 30 years ago. Then she can never put the damn thing on the overhead straight so you have to pretty much stand up in order to see it. She takes attendance every class and makes sure to point out those people who are late or are absent. Oh, and yes you are late if you arrive to class a minute before class begins. She also does not know what e-mail is or what P.C. stands for since she has never used one. She needed someone to load PowerPoint for her and turn the computer on. Don't bother going to her office hours because she won't be there or will be too busy stuffing her face. Also, Lucker is seriously the most ugly person I've seen at Whitewater. She weighs like 300 lbs. and is pretty much panting walking from the elevator to the classroom. She wears the same two ugly outfits everyday and has her skirt pulled up to her b00bs, which is weird for a 300 pound woman. Oh, and don't even bother buying the stupid $40 workbook thing because you don't turn anything in. Bottom line, don't take this class from her. You'll get a B (an A if you are a girl, since she's a feminist), but it's the most boring A or B you'll ever get.
