Harry is the choral conductor, yet he hasn't the conducting skills of an elementary school lunch lady.

Choir with this man is a stitch. The only problem I see with him is that he wavers in whether or not he likes "big sound" in female voices and cannot communicate to us how we can give him what he asks for. But, since that only happens on a few songs, it's normaly not a big deal.
