PEGNRL 192 is basically a joke for a class, but nonetheless it is required. Zebrowski will give you a syllabus to which you will roughly follow. The most exercise we basically ever did was walk a mile. Most of the time we just stretched and left. The presentations at the end of the 8 weeks were really the only potential ways to gain knowledge in the class. But since we have to take it, Zebrowski's not a bad way to go
