Granted the majority of the law professors at Whitewater are extremely good( Weber, Saffold, Molloy) Molloy was the best Professor I have ever had. I am a finance major and took 342 with him. He'll take his time to explain anything you have questions about and he'll explain it until you understand it. His exams are difficult but then again its advanced law and it isnt easy to start with. Molloy made this class easier than it could have been though. He explains things incredibly well while we discuss them in class and goes through story problems at the end of the chapters. Along with the discussion, you receive ec points to add to your exam score for speaking up in class. He truly is the best professor I have ever had and loves his job. If I could, I would take Molloy for other classes but unfortunately he only has the one class for my major.

GOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!!!! Interesting class. Makes a boring subject matter mildly palatable. Pretty funny guy too, and your guaranteed to get his patented (or at least should be) greeting everyday. Beware his tests they are tough and get tougher, but if he ever teaches a section of a class I have to take I would definitely take the class with him.

Professor Molloy was one of the most down to earth lawyers I have ever met. He mad law easy and entertaining to learn.
