James Sisak

I've read a lot of reviews on Sisak and am surprised that some people actually compliment him on anything! Sisak is a complete waste of money, and a disgrace to not only UWW, but to higher level education as a whole. Essentially, you will have to teach yourself almost everything if you take Sisak. He posts almost no study material for the tests, and what he does post isn't even accurate half the time. (He actually got his answers wrong on the study material, and had to have a student correct him. He ended up posting the students answers instead! WTF!) In conclusion, if you want to learn ANYTHING about inventory management, do yourself a favor and don't come to UWW until Sisak is gone. Hopefully UWW will wise up this semester and send this guy back to whatever slum they found him in.

I really did not like this class, but Sisak wasn't bad. Every test he gives you 5 questions of points right away for just showing up, and usually curves it 3 questions after that, which can boost you up a whole letter grade. He gives study guides for the exams that help if you want to study. Also, your lowest exam score is dropped. The class is just sooo boring. But, it's a must for the school of business. I have no doubt I will at least get a B, if not an A.

I took Sisak For Operations Management and a 400 level class. They easiest A's I have ever received at UWW. He gives take home tests, open notes and book test and he drops the lowest test and quiz scores from your overall grade. If you talk once in awhile you will get an "A" no problem. His jokes can be very boring and dry, but go with it, because he will eat up class time saying them. ~~~ SISAK RULES ~~~

Prof Sisak is ok. His sense of humor is really dry, and his lectures are somewhat monotone...but if you can get past that, you should be fine. He is very willing to help with questions, but his answers are almost always vague...but that might be because he wants you to figure stuff out on your own, or that might not be the case...it is hard to tell. Very fair when it comes to grades.
