She knows a lot about Yoga. Take her class if you have extra credits that need to be fulfilled and want to learn and participate in some relaxing exercises. The class can be good for those people that need to get up early anyways but can't find something to motivate them in the morning. You feel really good after class and have tons of energy. Her voice is really calming and while some of the motions can be really hard, she always understands if you can't do something. Make sure you write in your journal as soon as you're done with class because you will forget to do it. Shes nice and will allow you to make up classes that you miss on other days. Shes awesome!
