Although he may seem kind of apathetic, Zbikowski is a very good professor and advisor. He is very knowledgeable and it is easy to see that he wants to share his knowledge with his students. Sometimes he assigns homework that seems like a lot of work but he is always willing to explain his expectations. Also he is always willing to extend the due date if you ask him, especially during field experience. You will learn a lot from his class that you can use in an actual classroom.

Dr. Zbikowski isn't going to keep you at the edge of your seat. However, his lectures are extremely interesting and he does a great job of getting the points (strategies) across. He's a good guy, gives fair tests, and is a fair grader. Take him, you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Z really knows his stuff and is a real asset to the education department. He is fantastic at advising and is also very knowledgeable in English. Unfortunately most of the students in the class who are going to be teachers wouldn't talk or volunteer. Pathetic. As for the girl who picked her nails in class and can't pass the Praxis content exam you are a JOKE!

I think Dr. Zbikowski is a great professor. He seems pretty boring, but when you speak to him individually, he is a great guy. He practices what he preaches in terms of varying instruction - you can tell that he does a lot of preparation for each class period, even though he is usually about 5 minutes late to class. Fair grader, and he likes if you are an active participant in class. He seems to hard to get to know - he doesn't let any of his personality into the class, which i think is a little weird.
