Mary is a great, easygoing professor. In this class you do have to give a couple presentations, but nothing to fret over. We had 2-3 papers in this class, but they were so easy. I got perfect grades on all of them. Like I said, really easy going. Her experience along with the classes' experiences make the class move so nicely. It's great to hear examples of interviews and experiences. I would recommend this class to anyone in a business related field!

Mary isn't a bad teacher, she's pretty good. Strangely we only have class about half the time. The rest are noted as "study days".This doesn't feel like a semester long course. It was also difficult meeting the requirement of getting an interview with a professional. I would say about half this class is presentations.

Loves to involve the class with the subject matter, encouraging us to use our experiances to help us understand the miteral. Her exams are easy as long as you pay attention in class. She's also entertaining and is honestly interested in her students lives outside of class.

I am so glad I got to take her for Comm Theories...I wasn't looking forward to that class at all and figured it would drag down my GPA but now it looks like I could get an A in it.

Pilgram is a very solid teacher. Her Speech 110 course is what an introductory speech course should be--easy, but yet challenging enough where you learn new material. If you take Pilgram for Speech 110, take it for a grade, as opposed to using the pass/fail option. This class is definitely an easy "A" if you put any effort into it at all.
