Professor Sirvanci is not that bad. If people read the book, do their assignments, and study the night before the test, they should be doing fine. Using Minitab or SPSS for the assignments is not that difficult either, but simple requires a little reading in the book or an online resource. Sure he is a little hard to understand and may not act all that interested, but you can still be a C student and do well in his classes. As I saw with my class with him, people didn't want to do anything and so their grades reflected. Put a little effort and an A/B or A can come quite easily.

Excellent professor to take for an online class. While his syllabus and assignment due dates are a bit off and sometimes a bit confusing, he has great understanding of the subject and is able to present it in a very easy to understand format; however, you do need to actually read the text book and supplemental material for this class to actually make sense. But, given that you are in college, this is expected anyways and should not be a problem for anyone who is willing to put forth the effort.

AVOID! This prof is so awful. His tests are way harder than they need to be. He treats students like subhuman slime. You never know what your homework or porject are supposed to be. If you take him the word "Comowestern" will become like nails across a chalkboard. If you can't avoid him wait until summer and take at another school because you will hate this class like I did.
