A younger guy with a great sense of humor. He tries his best to throw in a little humor in the class to wake you up by showing you clips from funny movies or tv shows that somehow relate to the subject he's teaching. The work is pretty dull, seeing how the notes are posted on d2l as powerpoints, so class can seem pointless (although he does take attendance!). The exams are pretty basic as long as you remember the study the powerpoint slides. He also does a fun Facebook chate extra credit assignment at a concert where you get to bring your laptop to an event and he asks you questions about the performance. Take him if you have the chance!

Why does it say that Dugan specializes in Art History? He's the trombone/jazz prof at UW-Whitewater. Anyways, he is a cool guy-loves to joke around with students, and loves what he teaches! He seems like more of a friend than a professor because he is pretty young and relates to students so well.

Dr. Michael Dugan is a Great Professor, The worst thing I can say about his class is that there is a lot of notes and he has a habit of going through the powerpoints too quickly, but he dose realize this and dose slow down. There are a lot of notes in this class, but he says note taking is optional, but if you do take notes, expect to be writing a lot, and he wont give out the power points for people to print out, because people would stop coming to class which is understandable. All in all He is a Great Professor that i would Recommend to anyone.
