Nomsa Gwalla-ogisi

The thing I enjoyed most about Professor Nomsa was that she is a really positive person. She is always smiling and laughing and she just gives off really positive energy!

I feel a little better seeing that others comments that are exactly my complaints. She is a sweet-heart, but she gave me an 83 slide PPT printout 2 days before an on-line test as some sort of "useful" information. Of course its a bunch of disjointed facts with no context. True to form her On-line test malfunctioned, but hey it was only a week over due. Do you dare criticize the 2009 UWW Women of Color Award-winner?

Good prof, maybe a little disorganized but she is cool about it. You Education majors need to relax and just go with the flow. She is very flexible and actually cancelled a test because she screwed up. What other teacher would do that? Seriously, give her a break.

Nomsa is very disorganized. You never know when something is due, your grade in the class or any other important details. Sometimes I wonder how she ever managed her own classroom!

I would like to pull my hair out even before I arrive to this class. I have it Thursday nights from 5:15-7:45 and my attention span lasts about ten minutes.Every time we come to class we have absolutely no idea what the heck is due. Not only that, but it's such a pet peeve when the teacher tells you what is due, but then doesn't explain the assignment to you. So, the entire class ends up emailing her asking for help. One time she told me to do Lesson one, and then told another girl Lesson three, and then told another person to do whichever lesson they wanted to.What the heck?! She has changed the syllabus about 1,245 times and ends up putting off what is actually due that day because she feels she was unclear. Hello Nomsa, you are unclear every time you try and explain something. I just want to teach the dang class myself! Grrrr!
