Dr. Coates is an amazing professor, I have had her for 3 classes, all of which I had to work a lot to achieve a good grade. For all of you who think that she is easy, is because you do not know a good professor when you see one. She is a great teacher who really knows her stuff. Like others have said, every professor needs to teach Speech 110 at some point and time, I have not had her for that class, but from the classes I have taken with her, then have been very worth while and I have learned a tremendous amount from them. Don't diss her, you need to be interested in the class in order for it to be interesting to you.
