The content of the course is bland but Barr is awesome. She makes the class interesting and fun. She relates really well to her students. She's super friendly and funny. Her lectures are the best your going to get for a topic that is not that exciting. There's a ton of class discussion. I learned a lot; I highly recomend her. The content in itself is a bit challenging and the assignments arent' too bad. If you have a choice - take Barr.

I had Barr for Measurement and Eval. It was such a good class! I took it in a semester with 18 total credits, and this class was fine in that situation. I learned a lot. Her openers were great! I definitely recommend her!!
