Whoever called Wagner an ass is an idiot. I'm pretty sure he is one of the NICEST profs I have ever had. He also has A LOT of entertaining stories that pertain to the material and are much better than a text lecture. Yeah, the tests might throw a curve ball in there but not too bad.

Take Wagner over Werner if at all possible.. Werner is way tougher and Wagner brings examples from his training experience into classroom. I got a 97 on first exam with an hour or two studying from his powerpoints. Makes a point to emphasize learning instead of cramming for overly difficult exams so just keeps it basic. I recommend.

Wagner is a really nice guy. His class is mostly lecture, with some discussion showing up here and there, and he includes a ridiculously large amount of examples of class related concepts displayed in real life behavior. Unfortunately, his tests are only remotely related to class discussions, and are primarily written by the text book authors. While that doesn't sound like such a big deal, the end result is a pile of questions that are ridiculously specific and might as well read "What is the third line of the second paragraph on page 216?" Going to class seems to be pretty unnecessary, as he doesn't take attendance and the tests are from the book rather than class. This is a seemingly easy class, with stupid tests that are barely worth studying for (I've gotten B's on all of them, regardless of the amount of prep time I've put in). If you want a fairly easy albeit boring B, take this guy.
