He is a very intelligent man. He knows what he is talking about but he is SO BORING. He loves when you go to his office hours and is helpful there but count on failing every exam. They are so hard!!!

A very nice, helpful and organized teacher. He is always available to help students, and even though his tests are hard, he only wants everyone to be prepared for future courses. He is very thorough, so make sure you read the book, and pay attention to detail.

If you are planning on majoring in Biology I would highly recommend this professor. His goal for his students is to make sure they do well and pass the class. He gives many opportunities to gain points you lost during an exam. I am SO glad I had Dr. Kuzoff!!

Being one of the many students that had to take this class twice, I can say with ease that Dr. Kuzoff's class was better. If I had him the first time I wouldn't have had to take it again. I put in much less effort the second time and did much better still with Kuzoff. So for taking Biology 141 I would certainly recommend him. As a word of warning though, Bob has a tendency to say things and then not follow through with them. One example being him stating to his entire lecture class that he was not the type of professor that would give you a late grade if you didn't have homework the second you came to class. Then in lab 2 weeks later, I had completed the assignment and just asked for a moment to go print it in the lab(on flash drive)and he said I could but I would get a late grade for it... So don't believe anything you don't have a written copy of.

Dr. Kuzoff is one the most understanding professors I've encountered at UW- Whitewater. Biology 141 is a hard class to do well in, but he does his best to teach the course material efficiently and he presents the ideas in a fairly understandable way. If you actually study and keep up with the reading, you can certainly get an A
