Seung-joon Lee

He a pretty cool guy but the first couple of days he is hard to understand. If you do all the reading in the class which is a lot you should do very well on the test and he does go over most of the stuff on the test about two days before you take it

He is very rarely difficult to understand. He hands out note outlines every day and his tests are strictly from items on those note sheets. For every test, he gives you a review sheet with everything that will be on the test as well as the possible essay questions. Tests are generally easy if you work through the review sheet. Has a great sense of humor. There are a few videos to watch in class also. I actually learned a lot in his class. Great professor overall.

Ok, so this guy seems cool as a person, and this class sounded pretty straight-forward at the beginning. 2 book review papers, a presentation on a chapter out of a book and a review paper on that chapter don't sound too hard. However, the guidelines for the papers include questions like "Can you find any logical rupture?" and "Are there new methodologies?" Aside from ridiculous paper prompts , the class gets obscenely boring as Prof. Lee drones on through the entire class period about boring topics, even though the entire class has that glazed over look and obviously isn't paying attention. In short nice guy, but pretty close to the worst class ever.

This is by far the worst professor I've ever had in my life. He is a history professor and said that WWII was still going on in 1947 when it ended in 1945. He doesn't know what he's talking about unless it's in China!!

Is very hard to understand at first. Needs to realize that he is the teacher and not have the students tell him what he should and shouldn't put on the test
