I had him for Military Conditioning at 6 in the morning and I recommend this class to anyone that wants to get in shape in 7 to 8 weeks. He makes it easy to get an A and if you miss a class you can make it up by weight-lifting. You have to go from 6:30 to 7:15 AM but he doesn't care what you do during that time. You can do as much or as little as you feel fit.
the military conditioning class really got me in shape. It may be hard to get up for it in the morning, but it is definitely worth it because I stayed awake afterward and got a lot more homework done.
