Coach Brown is one of the knowledgeable person on Stregth Training and that is not a very interesting subject to teach to people. He does a great job in the class and is very hard. He uses the book and material that is used for one of the highest level that one could get in ST&C

Knows his stuff, some times the material can be difficult, but he makes class enjoyable. He is a easy grader on homework. He is not the one of the best teachers i have had but he is a good one.

It is hard to learn from a guy who probably knows everything about the subject he teaches, but has a teaching style comparable only to Ben Stein in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. He gives no guidance and all class expectations are cloudy. The only good thing about him is that he gives extra credit, but that along with everything else is a lot of work with little results. Here's some advice for a certain Coach Brown, stick to training not to teaching.
