Tobie begins the year as a super nice guy, but weeks into it he will change. he is grumpy 24/7! he never has anything nice to say to students. he will insult you and make you feel stupid. you can practice your ass off and it will not matter because you can never be perfect and if it is not perfect, he will get mad at you and threaten you. he comes off as such a nice guy, but really he is not! do not come here as a major unless you can take harsh critisism and an asshole for your main professor! Tobie makes me want to transfer, he is evil.

This guy does not belong on a marching field! He does NOT know what he is doing or how to even write a book of music for a field show! Does anyone know why the drum line looks so sick this year? Maybe because of the bad instructor! How can you not have a snare line?! There is plenty of talent in the university but no one will join because of the horrible instructor! If you are looking for a good marching band and have high expectations, do NOT join this band.... it will let you down.
